All physical items returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. defective product or incorrect order, etc.) we will cover the cost of shipping. In this case, email us at chloe@brailleskateboarding.
All refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt of the returned package. In most cases, it will be within one week depending on reason for return.
You will be notified by PayPal when your refund has been sent.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of any of our digital download products, you can receive a full refund. Email us at contact@brailleskateboarding.
All refunds will be sent in the form of the original payment. You will be notified as soon as your refund has been sent. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to receive your refund.
Please note in the case that you did not receive your digital download link, or if there was an error upon downloading, email us at chloe@brailleskateboarding.
If you need to exchange an item for another of a different size, color etc. you must send the item unused within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in re-sellable condition in order to be exchanged. We do not cover shipping costs on exchanges. Please put a note in the package saying what size, color etc. you would like instead.
Please note, it is not guaranteed that we will have the size or color you are requesting. Include contact information, so that we have a way of reaching you in the case that we do not have what you are requesting.
