Braille Skateboarding is unique in the fact that we heat transfer our decks, assemble our completes and screenprint our apparel in house. We take great pride in the production process and our staff works FAST.

That said, even with taking into account this in-house production magic, our team typically ship orders within 2-3 business days.

During Holidays, Sales and Limited Edition Boxes releases, that shifts to 5-7 business days.

We ship orders using all the greats: FedEx, UPS and USPS. Orders that are delayed in transit, although a total bummer, are out of our control so refunds are not issued for these scenarios.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you're not home during the day, we recommend choosing USPS as they will not leave larger packages at your doorstep and will instead leave a slip in your mailbox to pick up the package from a post office. UPS and FedEx will leave packages on your doorstep, regardless if anyone is home.

U.S. shipments will have an estimated arrival date shown at checkout. Please keep in mind this does take into account our production processing time so please take this into account.

International shipments can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to arrive once shipped. Braille does not collect customs/duties at the time of purchase, you will pay these to your respective country when your order arrives. These fees vary depending on the country in which you reside in.
