BRAILLE FIRST TRY SKATE SHOES

Well, we did it. FIRST TRY!

Designed by Aaron Kyro himself, we combined all of the best parts of Aaron’s favorite shoes into one ultimate skate shoe.

FIRST TRYYYYYY!

DESIGN:

Aaron Kyro was involved firsthand in every step of the design process, making sure to combine the best parts of all his favorite skate shoes.

Chosen for the classic silhouette, comfort, freedom of movement, and ease to wear – The Braille Skate Shoe was designed to be the perfect all-around skate shoe.

CONSTRUCTION:

We opted for a cupsole construction (vs. vulcanized) in order to improve the overall support and durability of the shoe.

The footbed used in the Braille shoe has been specifically developed to provide the wearer with an optimum level of comfort and support while also remaining lightweight and maintaining a good level of board feel.

The outsole, made from a rubber (SBR) compound, is commonly used in quality footwear to provide excellent grip, comfort, and durability resulting in a high-performance skate shoe.

MATERIALS:

The Upper is made of high-quality suede sourced from Spain to provide the classic skate look and feel. The tongue and collar of the shoe have been reinforced with a foam padding for extra comfort and foot support. The front part of the shoe (the vamp) uses a singular piece of suede which greatly increases the durability.

The laces are high-quality cotton which increases their longevity with little to no chance of snapping.

This shoe has a unique front toe bumper with a prominent texture for added grip while doing technical skate tricks.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN:
Portugal.

Sizing

Shoes are standard men’s sizes and fit true to size. Whole sizes only. Ladies! Sizing is easily converted over to women’s sizes by simply adding 1.5 to the US size. For example, a men’s size 7 is a women’s size 8.5.

Best Skate shoes on the planet.

I got the Navy First Try shoes. I’ve never worn anything other than skate shoes most of my life and these are seriously the most comfy skate shoes I’ve ever owned. Clouds bro!

Love the navy blue, and these shoes never disappoint!

Black/Honey comfort for the price.

Super comfy. Definitely needs an insole for my old bones though. Maybe just a touch too soft/flexible without insoles. Toe box is a touch narrow. So 100% go a half size larger if you're between sizes, if not, your toes will be squeezed in there.

Hi topped

They’re awesome just wished you had a higher topped version. Not high top but not as low. Just my preference but I love the shoes otherwise
