Perfect place to start.

I bought the best beginner complete skateboard for my wife so that we could skate together for date nights. I went with the complete setup because it was ready to ride for her out of the box. It arrived in pristine condition. The board is really smooth to ride. This board also has amazing pop! also signed up for the braille skateboarding army so we can have step by step videos to learn with. Truth be told I like her setup more then mine now. I will be purchasing another complete in the near future. I really enjoy the culture of this company, and the passion of getting new people skating. If you are looking for setup for you or your family. You can't go wrong with this. I would buy again. I hope review helps with your decision.

Better than expected

When I opened the package I didn’t even want to ride it, that’s how nice these boards are. I just stared at it for like 10 minutes lol. But this board is such a high quality, it’s so worth the money especially compared to building your own. Sadly I started on a Walmart board, but on this riding is so much comfier and I can land my pop shuvits more often now. Huge upgrade, thanks Braille team!

The Braille Entry Level Package

The entry level package was everything that is said and more than what I expected. The deck I chose was natural and with the extra stickers I received from a previous purchase of the Braille Old School Classic deck for a surfskate, the sticker job is the ⛽ gas. It's a good quality basic functional popsicle deck.
The basic entry level professional grade complete skateboard came with solid above grade basic trucks with more than basic bushings. The white/blue print wheels and bearing combination are certainly more suited for the beginner, lighter and easier to learn with, despite decades of experience skateboarding I've never learned the fancy flip and kick tricks that I do not know. I upgraded my wheels with the Braille/Mini Logo collection wheels. The blue wheels went perfectly with the stickered up natural deck. Performance wise they're probably better. BUT. Honestly the wheels that came with the board are best for the absolute beginners.
THE SKATER TRAINERS WORK!!! Let them laugh and throw doughnuts. The last time I even accomplished half a ollie was 1984. In a week with the skater trainers I'm up to well over half a ollie.
The only problem I've encountered was downloading the Braille volume 1 Learn to Skate program in my phone. That is probably due to the smashed phone screen, incompetent phone and my own electronic illiteracy. Kinda common when you are 62 going on 23.

4 Stars

Probably the best beginner complete skateboard. Didn't give it 5 stars because the bearings were already making noise and slowing down after just a few days but a slight upgrade to ABEC 9 bearings did the trick. (The original bearings are ABEC 7)
